Institude of royal tea
Nguyen Dynasty established a specialized office to manage the royal tea, the royal wine, called Institute of royal tea. This office belong to the Ministry of War, led by one Institude and one deputy Institute .
In the first year of Gia Long (1802), recruited 2 more team call Thi tra. In the second year, change to Ve Thi Tra. In the 14th year(1815) change one more time call Thanh Ve Kien Vu. In the 6th year of Minh Mang The Institude of royal tea be ratify as Thi noi. In the 10th year of Minh Mang king(1829) , this was consider as forbidden Ministry.
