THU O GIANG CHI TRA is a combination of tea and medicinal herbs recorded in “Ki Dieu Luong Phuong Tap Thanh” – one of the medical books of the Institute of Medicine in Nguyen Dynasty.
Ingredients:
Fallopia multiflora, Salvia multiorrhiza Bunge, Radix Puerarie, Loranthus parasiticus, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, Tea.
Uses: Heat-relieving, increase blood circulation, strengthen bones and tendons.
User:
Weary and fatigued people or people with joint pain.
Instruction and preservation:
Place the tea into the teapot, pour over the boiling water and rinse tea cups by the first water. Let it steep for 5 – 10 minutes.
Store in cool and dry place.
Warning: People have chronic indigestion and low blood sugar.
